Our manifesto
Culture is what you repeat.
Rituals of Work is a field guide for leaders who want to stop talking about culture and start operating it — through small, deliberate rituals that turn values into everyday behaviour.
Culture is what you repeat.
Not what you print on the wall. The behaviours a team practises week after week are its culture — whether anyone designed them or not.
Rituals are culture you can operate.
Values are abstract. Rituals are concrete: a time, a place, a few steps, a shared meaning. That makes them something leaders can design, run, measure and improve.
Small and frequent beats big and rare.
An annual offsite won’t outweigh fifty-two Monday meetings. Transformation happens in the rhythm of ordinary work.
Culture is a lever, not a by-product.
Strategy tells people where to go. Culture determines whether they actually get there. Treat it as a tool for transformation, not an HR afterthought.

LinkedIn →Our relationship with Budaya
Rituals of Work is created by the team behind Budaya, a digital ritual platform. We recommend tools — including our own — only where they genuinely fit.
The ideas, research and rituals on this site stand on their own — you can run every ritual here with a whiteboard and a calendar invite. Budaya exists for teams who want help keeping those rituals alive at scale.
